At XplusStore, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Due to the nature of our fulfillment model (including international suppliers), we maintain a strict and controlled return policy to protect both our customers and our business.

 1. Order Acceptance & Final Sale Notice

By placing an order on XplusStore, you agree to the terms of this policy.

 All sales are considered final, except in cases of:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

 2. Eligibility for Returns (Limited Cases Only)

Returns are accepted only if ALL conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Return is approved by our team in advance
  • Product is returned in resalable condition

 We reserve full discretion to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

 3. Mandatory Proof Requirement (Anti-Fraud Protection)

To process any claim, you MUST provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed package to opening)
  • Photos showing the issue
  • Order number

 Claims without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.
(This protects against false damage claims — standard in dropshipping businesses)

 4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide required proof (video + photos)

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement (preferred option)
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (only in verified cases)

 Late claims will not be accepted.

 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used or opened items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal-use items (hygiene-related)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale / discounted / clearance items
  • Change-of-mind purchases

 6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking

 7. Refund Policy (Strict Handling)

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to:

  • Issue store credit instead of refund
  • Deduct restocking fees (up to 25%)
  • Refuse refund if item condition is altered

 8. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After processing, cancellation is not allowed
  • Once shipped → order is non-cancellable

 9. Delivery & Dropshipping Disclaimer

As part of our fulfillment model:

  • Products may be shipped from international warehouses
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location

 Delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Courier services
  • External logistics

…are not valid reasons for refund or cancellation

 10. Abuse, Fraud & Blacklist Policy

To protect XplusStore:

  • We track customer behavior and return patterns
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse service
    • Cancel orders
    • Block accounts

 Fraudulent activity includes:

  • Fake damage claims
  • Used item returns
  • Chargeback abuse

Violations will result in permanent ban

 11. Chargebacks & Disputes (Stripe Protection)

Before initiating any chargeback:

  • Customers must contact us first

 Unjustified chargebacks will be:

  • Disputed with full evidence (including policy + tracking + proof)
  • Reported to payment processors

This may result in account restrictions
